Bring your family and friends to our newly remodeled Vacation Rental home on the main body of Lake Travis and bring your boat! (There is a boat ramp approximately 200 ft away.)

This non-smoking home on a level lot has a private boat dock for boating, swimming and fishing and just relaxing on our outdoor furniture. The approximately 2000 sq. ft. home with central air/heat has an open floor plan on the second level with a gourmet kitchen of stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and granite countertops. There is a utility room with washer and dryer off the kitchen.

This area then opens to a Great Room with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace and a flat screen plasma TV with cable. The living, dining and kitchen all look out to wraparound decks with spectacular views of the lake.

There are two bedrooms on the second level, one with a double bed and the second with one double bed and two twin beds. There is a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and double vanities on this level. Upstairs on the third level in the master suite there is a queen bed and a master bath with double vanities, a jacuzzi tub, a stand alone shower, bidet and decks that open out to the lake and a TV.

There is a caretaker onsite in a separate ground level unit on the first floor. This vacation home rental is on the second and third level of the home with doors leading to all outside decks and stairs. There is a large level back yard with one small area fenced.

10 minutes from Shopping, Movies, Restaurants, 30 minutes from Austin Weekend rates: Fri- Sat $ 300 night or Sunday-Thursday $200 night. $1500 weekly rates. 2 night minimum. Ask about long term or off season. rates. Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice.
